What is Taxol? Taxol is a cancer medication that interferes with the growth of cancer cells and slows their growth and spread in the body. Taxol is used to treat breast cancer, lung cancer, and ovarian cancer. It is also used to treat AIDS-related Kaposi’s sarcoma.
